For example, certain pharmacies will now be eligible for COVID-19 vaccine distribution in New Jersey, and FEMA will partner with Philadelphia to operate a mass vaccination clinic out of the Pennsylvania Convention Center on Arch Street.
Increased options for vaccination sites for eligible individuals do not negate some of the challenges local and state government officials have faced while attempting to vaccinate as many residents as possible.
