The $2.67 Billion Blue Cross Blue Shield Settlement

An antitrust lawsuit filed against Blue Cross Blue Shield has resulted in a Court-approved settlement. The Court has not found whether BCBS committed any wrongdoing. Eligible individuals have four options in response to the news of the settlement:
