Katz/Pierz on Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey’s Latest HR Council

Jan 14, 2021

Chrissy Magnotta, Katz/Pierz’s Director of Client Engagement, appeared on the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey‘s latest HR Council. On Jan. 14, she joined A. Nicole Strover, Partner at Stradley Ronon, to discuss how employers should approach COVID-19 vaccination of their workforces.

There are some important legal considerations to keep in mind while developing your COVID-19 vaccination plan, such as which employees could be exempt from a vaccination mandate due to the American Disability Act and Title VII. In a Katz/Pierz webinar on Jan. 12, Megan Balne, Employment Law Attorney and Partner at Hyland Levin Shapiro LLP, laid out best practices for employers facing questions about COVID-19 vaccination.
