The American Rescue Plan Act, a $1.9 trillion stimulus bill, was passed on March 11, 2021 and includes many relevant provisions for employers. One to keep top of mind is the enactment of a six-month period during which the federal government will fully subsidize federal COBRA and mini-COBRA premiums, starting April 1st, 2021.
