Compliance Alert: Reporting for NJ Enrollees Due March 31

Any business that covered an NJ resident with its employer-sponsored group health plan is responsible for reporting detailed coverage information about each individual to the state by March 31. This applies to any business in the U.S. Most local carriers will complete the filing process for clients, but it is encouraged each business check with their insurance carriers.
